Features
Connects the letters
Arabic letters change shape depending on their neighbours. Tools with no Arabic engine draw the isolated form of each one, which is why the text looks like separated shapes. We substitute the correct contextual form.
Fixes the reading direction
A left-to-right renderer draws Arabic backwards. Visual-order output lays the text out so a renderer that knows nothing about Arabic still draws it the right way round.
Handles the lam-alef ligature
The لا pair is a single glyph, not two letters side by side. Getting it wrong is the most visible shaping error there is, and it is handled properly here.
Keeps Latin text and numbers in place
Mixed lines are segmented, so an English word or a year inside an Arabic sentence stays readable instead of being reversed with everything else.
Persian, Urdu and Hebrew too
The same shaping applies to Persian and Urdu letters, and Hebrew text is reordered correctly, so the tool is not Arabic-only.
Fix Arabic text that renders as disconnected letters running the wrong way. Paste the text, copy the fixed version, and paste that into whatever tool broke it. The cause is always the same: Arabic letters change shape depending on what sits either side of them, and the script reads right to left — two things a text renderer has to implement deliberately. CapCut, many Canva templates, Photoshop without the Middle Eastern build, After Effects and most game engines do not, so they draw the isolated form of every letter in left-to-right order, which is why you see separated shapes in reverse. This tool does the work those renderers skip: it substitutes each letter with the contextual form its position requires, handles the lam-alef ligature properly, keeps Latin words and numbers the right way round inside a mixed line, and outputs the result already laid out visually so a renderer that knows nothing about Arabic still draws it correctly. It works on Persian, Urdu and Hebrew as well. Free, no sign-up, nothing to upload.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does Arabic break in these tools in the first place?
Arabic needs two things most renderers skip: contextual shaping, where a letter takes a different form depending on its neighbours, and the bidirectional algorithm, which lays right-to-left text out correctly. A tool that implements neither draws the isolated form of every letter from left to right, which is the broken text you are looking at.
Which output mode should I use?
Use visual order — the default — for any tool that cannot render Arabic: CapCut, Canva, Photoshop without the Middle Eastern build, After Effects, game engines. Use connected-letters-only if your tool handles direction correctly but not shaping, which is rarer.
Should I paste the result into Word or PowerPoint?
No. Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs and browsers all implement shaping and direction themselves, so pre-shaped visual-order text would be corrected twice and come out wrong. For a broken Arabic .pptx, use our PPT RTL Fix tool instead, which repairs the file.
Can I still edit the text afterwards?
Only lightly. The output uses presentation forms in visual order, so typing a new letter into the middle will not reshape its neighbours. Finish your wording first, then fix, then paste — editing after fixing means fixing again.
Does it work for Persian, Urdu or Hebrew?
Yes. Persian and Urdu letters are shaped with the same rules, and Hebrew is reordered correctly even though it does not need shaping. Mixed Arabic and Latin lines are segmented so each run keeps its own direction.
Is there a length limit?
Twenty thousand characters per run, which covers subtitles, captions, UI labels and long paragraphs alike. The transform runs instantly — nothing is uploaded, stored or queued.
