6. Payment and Subscriptions

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim event, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sharayeh, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your content.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute may be subject to binding arbitration.
